### 4/5 — Awesome

*2024-01-15, version 1.0*

This application actually works on my watch. Which is more than I can say about Dexcom’s app.

### 2/5 — Unable to Login

*2023-08-14, version 1.0*

Unable to login with my Dexcom credentials.

### 2/5 — Too much delay :(

*2018-09-09*

This needs to be pulling data every five minutes. It’s typically hours behind actual which isn’t safe. Truthfully the Dexcom app and follow should have this functionality and it’s embarrassing that an Indy dev has to pick up the slack here.

### 4/5 — Read Health data

*2017-12-21*

I think you should unlink the app from Dexcom and let an average user to use with the data of Health App from iPhone.
I use FreeStyle Libre + BluCon + beta version of xDrip for iOS and want to see my glucose readings in my AppleWatch.

### 3/5 — Needs to check quicker

*2017-12-03*

It’s about 20 to 30 minutes between readings which is way too long. It looks great and I love having the number on my watch face but it needs to be quicker to be useful.

### 1/5 — Doesn't work.

*2017-02-07*

Cannot log in with correct details.

### 1/5 — Can't see data

*2016-12-31, version 1.0*

I just got my Series 2 watch so I could see data from this app- no dice... it won't display data at all... does there need to be an update for the 2 series watch? HELP!

### 1/5 — Great idea BUT not working

*2016-12-25, version 1.0*

I love this app idea, but have had WatchSugar on my new Apple Watch series 2 for two days and only getting "no signal" as the reading. I've looked everywhere online to find an answer but no luck. Please find an answer!!! Thanks

### 2/5 — False Sense of Security

*2016-09-16*

The complication on the watch face can have very stale data - going as long as an hour in my experience without an update. Unless you use the large complication in the Modular face, you will not see the time it was last updated and so not even know how old the number is. Dangerous and scary. This is not helpful when you consider the dexcom updates every 5 minutes. This delay makes the app dangerous. Your child can be at 50 when the complication shows 100.

### 1/5 — cant get this to work!

*2016-07-29, version 1.0*

The complication on my watch is stuck on 7:00pm 12-31. I can’t get it to configure, and cant figure out how to troubleshoot!

### 4/5 — Nice app, could use more features

*2016-07-26*

Nice basic app. But it would be nice to have more data available, like graphs and other statistics.

### 1/5 — Trouble logging in

*2016-05-17*

Cannot log in as it tells me my password is incorrect. I'm pretty sure I have incorrect though!

### 1/5 — Zip...

*2016-05-07, version 1.0*

Just downloaded app to iPhone, but when I tap on the app, it just goes to log in page; there is nothing else. Phone is updated as is Watch. 🤔

### 1/5 — --

*2016-05-03, version 1.0*

Installed, logged in, says it's ready, added a spot to my watch face for it and it's blank.... Says last reading is from 12-31 7pm.... Today is may 3rd. Something isn't updating. Restarted watch. Logged in and out of the app and I can't get anything. Developer or anyone able to help? Perhaps I just have to wait a day for it to catch up.... -.-

### 4/5 — Thank you-complication needs improvement

*2016-03-25*

Thank you so much for creating this app. Unfortunately the complication doesn't update in a timely manner, which could be a fatal flaw.

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2016-03-14*

I have downloaded the app however it will not allow me to log in telling me that my password is incorrect. (I know the password is right.) please advise how to fix this.

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2016-03-07*

Have tried to log in once downloaded but will not let me log in with my share account details as requested

### 3/5 — I wish the updates were more expedient

*2016-02-21*

It is nice to have this complication, but with having to touch the complication to have it updat for the time that I am looking at it, it is a pain. I may as well just use my Dexcom Data in Glances. I would like to take place a bit more "auto magically". I had a hypoglycemia episode one time, and treated it. I tested my blood sugar with the meter and it was at 62 mg/dL. However, when I looked at my watch right after it was still reading from three hours ago at 210 mg/dL (!!) I hope that the developers can fix this little bug, because I would like to see things currently; not from three hours ago or so.

Great idea and a nice feature for our Apple Watch. If it's updated just a bit more frequently.

### 3/5 — Good Start but...

*2016-02-18*

I was excited when I heard this was out but unfortunately it's not quite ready. Having to wait over an hour for an update does not do me any good. It needs to update every 5 minutes like on the Share app or it's useless. It's a good first try but to be actually useable it needs to update faster.

### 1/5 — Watch complication broken

*2022-12-24*

The Apple Watch complication to allow Watch Sugar is now broken. I turned off the complication and went to turn it back on and it is no longer even showing as available. Watch Sugar is installed on my phone and on the watch but no complication. I tried contacting the email address for the developer but no response. Shame because this provides valuable information on low blood sugar episodes during the night.

### 1/5 — Update?

*2020-02-06, version 1.0*

This app is not updating...why i need this? Useless

### 1/5 — Can’t login

### 1/5 — Sad when people make apps

*2019-03-16, version 1.0*

It’s sad when people make apps that do not work at all like this one keeps on crashing

### 1/5 — Can’t log in

*2018-10-29*

I’ve the same problem I use the same username and password I used to set up my daughters Dexcom account but it’s telling me it’s wrong. I’ve tried over and over. Please help

### 1/5 — Pointless

*2017-12-03, version 1.0*

Waste of time can’t register or log in.

### 1/5 — Does this work in Australia?

*2017-05-18*

Downloaded, entered details correctly but tells me log in details are incorrect. Is this configured to work in Australia? Great concept but does not work at all!!!

### 1/5 — Wrong App Store

*2017-02-19*

This app does not belong in the Canadian App Store. It only syncs with the US dexcom share cloud, not the Canadian dexcom share cloud. Pretty useless! Fix the app please to support the right dexcom cloud for the App Store it's published in!!!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Love this complication

*2016-03-08*

Not many diabetes related complications I like, but I love this one! ;-) It would be awesome if it automatically updated ever five minutes, but the push to update isn't cumbersome. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Thank you!

*2016-02-13*

Thank you to the developers of this app! It is so much better to have it on the watch face!

### 5/5 — Been waiting for the follow app to do this

*2016-02-12, version 1.0*

Been waiting the the Dexcom Follow App to have a complication to save a swipe or two. This is perfect!

### 5/5 — Thank You!

*2016-02-12*

We love this app! Being able to see the glucose level at a glance on my wrist is huge! The simplicity in setting it up is also greatly appreciated. Thanks again!

### 5/5 — Wonderful

*2016-02-11*

This app works like a charm. It lags just a tad behind the Dex follow but nothing to be concerned about. That's about the only negative because everything else is positive! Very easy to install!

### 5/5 — Great complication!

*2016-02-11*

This app does exactly what it says. Dexcom complications for the Apple Watch! I don't know how Deccom dropped the ball on this, but luckily this independent dev picked it up!

I've been using this app for about a month, I was part of the beta program, and it's awesome. It doesn't update constantly, but if you use the watch face that's suggested, you can see when the last update was.

### 5/5 — Thank you!

*2016-02-11*

Thank you for creating and sharing this wonderful app with us, and especially for making it free. I just downloaded it and am already loving it.

### 5/5 — This brings full functionality to Dexcom Share

*2016-02-10*

This wonderful app puts BG information a gesture away, When I purchased the Apple Watch, specifically for use with the Dexcom Share program, I was expecting to be able to glance at the watch and see my BG. I almost returned the watch when I found that there were in fact three steps, and often a wait after that, involved in retrieving BG info. It was quicker to look at my pump, or the receiver! The constant presence of BG information on my watch face is really THE WHOLE POINT of the Apple Watch/Dexcom system. AWESOME MUST-HAVE app!

### 5/5 — Brilliant!

*2016-02-10*

I helped beta test this app and there's no way I can go back to not having it. It's awesome. It does something dexcom should have been able to do but doesn't. Now I look at my wrist and no glance needed, there's my number. So easy.

### 5/5 — This is the app Dexcom should have provided!

*2016-02-10, version 1.0*

Love seeing bg as a widget on my watch.
