I contacted the developer and he quickly and promptly patched it. I’ve used the app a bunch of times since then, and it’s very useful. 5/5, would recommend! **Developer response:** I’m sorry to hear this is happening! Make sure your watch is up to date and restart it, and also reinstall the app from both the watch and iPhone as well. I’ve not had any reports of this or experienced this at all in any of my testing. I definitely want to dig into this! ### 5/5 — Easy to use, motivates me to actually time my solves. *2024-11-03* I’m a fairly casual cuber, and don’t often time my solves, but the ease of use of this app and the intuitive UI has motivated me to start timing, and improving my times. I’ve been practicing my 5x5 a lot recently, and trying to get a consistent sub-5 mins for months now, and the availability of always having a reliable timer right in my wrist is something I didn’t know I needed. Now all I have to do is screenshot the times during each session and write them down when I get a chance. The only critique I have about this brilliant app, is that I’ve noticed the averaging of times is somehow way off at times. For instance, trying it out for 3x3 times as a baseline, only two times were recorded-1:06.12 and 53.82, and somehow the app calculated an average of 1:56.42 when it should be 59.97. I can’t for the life of me figure out how it came to that conclusion, but I have a screenshot if the Dev would like to reach out. **Developer response:** Thank you so much for your review! Thanks for bringing it to my attention! ### 5/5 — Great timer *2023-03-17* Much than the default stopwatch app for cubing. Would like to see a feature where you can start/stop the timer totally hands-free with the accelerometer/gyroscope by placing your hands on the table and then stop it by hitting the table again. You could do this by checking for a certain window of low accelerometer/tilt readings to enter the start window, trigger the start when the watch starts moving again, and then check for low tilt/high G force to stop the timer. Then have a setting in-app to tune sensitivity thresholds (on both the start and stop side).
