THE SUGGESTIONS NO LONGER DRY UP Set a filter in Discover and after a few cards you got nothing more — and reloading didn't help either. The stack simply fell asleep. Not anymore: it keeps coming as long as you keep swiping. ONE SERIES, ONE TAP Watched the whole thing ages ago but your tracker still says 0 of 62 episodes? The detail page now has "Mark whole series as seen" — and your lists have the same in the long-press menu. Undoing it is just as quick, in case you're going back for a rewatch. CLEARING FILTERS, PROPERLY "Clear all" now sits next to "Apply". One tap and every filter is gone — whether you're swiping series or movies stays exactly as it was. ### 1.4.0 — 2026-07-25 This one is about the small moments — and a menu that finally looks the way we always wanted. ACHIEVEMENTS YOU ACTUALLY NOTICE Levels used to go up in secret and badges appeared in silence. Not anymore: level up or unlock a badge and you get a proper moment — including everything else that landed at the same time. A MENU THAT FLOATS The bar at the bottom no longer sticks to the edge, it floats above your posters. Translucent, rounded, sitting low — your content gets more room. IF YOU LIKE WATCHUP We now ask for a rating — but only after a good moment, and twice at most. Promised. And if you feel like it anyway: settings now has a direct route to the store. TIDIED UP The grey note under the swipe buttons is gone. The fact that no algorithm learns from this now sits where it belongs: in the explanation itself. A BEGINNING THAT EXPLAINS ITSELF watchUp now introduces itself in four calm steps — including an overview of what the app can actually do. Pick your favourite genres and your home screen is personal from the very first second instead of empty. CLEARER PATHS Every section now has a headline telling you what you're looking at — especially the stream plan, which until now had to explain itself. Search has moved to the end, right next to your profile. And Series and Movies have a "+" in the bottom right that takes you straight into the right search, with a small plus on every result to add it. SWIPING, EXPLAINED The first time round we briefly show you what left, right and up mean. New: "Later" — swipe up for anything you want to keep your options on. And we'll say it plainly: no algorithm is learning from this, so swipe however you like. FIXED The "+" button that hid behind the menu bar. The keyboard that covered the note field. And "Manage subscription", which for a long time did nothing at all.
