## What is WatchWell?

WatchWellTM is the mobile application that delivers assessment tools and plan of care reminders to patients and other care team members from the Synchrony Coordinator platform.  All care team members, including family and loved ones and can stay connected with the patient by viewing their daily activities and connecting via video chats and messaging.  Medical providers can remotely monitor a patients changing risk through customized assessments that are delivered to the WatchWell app.  Compliance is maximized via regular notifications and messaging reminders.

- Real-Time Streak Tracking: Track your progress streaks based on your activity days, with motivating messages along the way.
- Assessment Notifications: Get a heads-up if you log in before a scheduled task, with the option to start early or skip for now.
- Improved Final Decision Input: Now with a comment section and clearer completion confirmation.

### 1.2.7 — 2024-11-20

Fixed issues with logging and notifications.
Implemented a request to force the current day's tasks to refresh when the user has not closed or logged out of the application. 
Added date for which tasks are displayed in read-only mode. Implemented pull-to-refresh on the screen for on-demand updating. Fixed App crashes when an event is assigned the first time and the task was tried to fold.
