Always logs me out, can deposit a check but then holds onto it for close to a week? It’s my money. Can’t even close an account from the app. Everything is so difficult to do it’s awful. Now it crashes sometimes, to check you available balance now requires extra steps when before the moment the app opened it showed both the balance and available balance. No need to click on anything else to see the available balance. Other than the way things look, I see no improvement what so ever, none! I was hoping to see a new feature that lets you set a travel notification through the app, but of course no such thing happened. I was told at a branch that they have it for their credit cards but not debit cards. MAKES NO SENSE! So instead of going through the pain of driving to the branch or calling them, I transfer money to my Navy Federal Credit Union’s account using Zelle, and with their app (which is so far ahead of this one) I can set a travel notification on my own that is good for up to a month and I can do it as many times as I want. ### 1/5 — Constant Error Msg *2021-11-15, version 3020.1.1* It always says “Something went wrong while trying to process the last request. Before it was so easy just to transfer money from account to account but now they made it very difficult just to make a payment on your credit card. Now it takes you to a whole new section of the app where you have to input the routing number and account number and make your payment through there, except it doesn't tell you which account it's coming from and the payment is still pending. Why change what's not broken!!?!? I'm extremely frustrated with this app now and might have to resort to calling them which we all know isn't a quick process. With the busy lives we all live who has time to sit on the phone just to transfer money from one account to the other. You have to hold the iPad in the vertical (portrait position) then open the app and turn your iPad/ keyboard back to landscape position. They are the best, best in customer service. They offer a great variety of different services such as credit cards, starter accounts for your children teaching them how to save, budget and to be responsible adults in their own finances when they will reach adulthood.
