## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Someone forget something?

*2016-05-05*

15/16" tip
2" hose line

### 2/5 — Needs improvement

*2017-05-11, version 1.1.3*

Good but pretty basic. Needs metric conversions for Canadian standards, and allow to calculate friction loss given diameter, lengths of hose and added fittings (wye, nozzle, etc)

### 3/5 — Where's the 2" hose?

*2016-12-01*

Slick app, missing 2" hose for fl calculations.

### 3/5 — Good, fast, not great

*2016-06-20, version 1.1.1*

And pretty much useless in Canada. Yes, it does measure flow in liters but measures pressure in bar, not kPa. All tip sizes are in inches, not millimeters. For these reasons, I don't recommend this for Canadian firefighters until all measurements can quickly and easily be converted to SI measurements.

### 4/5 — Good idea but need some refinement

*2016-11-25, version 1.1.2*

Quick but basic flow calculations. Would like to see options for metric, KPA, Litres per min and metric hose sizes. Optional hose lengths etc.

### 4/5 — Great.. But needs a little more work.

*2016-11-25*

App is very easy to use, easy to read, and took no time to figure out. However there need to be additional tip sizes such as the 15/16" & 1 1/8" (both of which are very widely used in the fire service) as well as adding provisions for 2" hose with 2.5" couplings (rapidly gaining popularity & use in the fire service). Stuck between 3 & 4 stars, but went with 4.

### 4/5 — Good app

*2016-05-24*

I really like how simple this app is along with the look and feel. All of this makes it very useful.

If the developers could consider the following:

Add a third option that assists firefighters in determining true coefficients or true friction loss based on their actual flows. For example most hose is not actually true 1.75. If I perform a flow test I find it takes 30 psi per 100' to get 161gpm or 50 at the 7/8 tip. If I could input that 30 psi into the app and have it tell me the coefficient is 11.5 not 15.5 that would be extremely useful for firefighters.

### 4/5 — Add stuff

*2016-05-08*

Add 15/16"
1 1/8"
2" hose w 2 1/2" couplings

### 5/5 — Great tool

*2022-01-03*

Every truck operator should use this as a backup plan for brain shutdown :)

### 5/5 — Need another tip size!

*2016-05-13*

The 1-3/16" tip known as the "missing tip" that departments are purchasing all over America needs to be added! Great app though.
