Often won’t refresh data at all, freezes and crashes regularly.

This is a very poor replacement for the “Floods Near Me” app, which is no longer available.

Many river gauges are missing on the state overview. For gauges which are visible, when you tap you have to wait for data to load, each and every time. And during a flood, forget it, the back end gets overloaded and you can’t load anything.

Please bring back “Floods Near Me”. It looks great and runs fast and smoothly.

Yes, failed off the bat, so never been able to use it. “Site list not refreshed The site data service is not currently available - please continue with your current site list” is what I get, but button to continue with.

In the middle of a flood situation the app is extremely slow to load data(if it can) and it’s at least 12 hrs out of date.

Blue text on black background colour scheme is horrible.

This app and the real time data website both crash whenever river levels approach critical levels, assuming due to traffic. Works great when it’s not really needed. Please improve this valuable resource, this has been like this every time we had flood conditions.

Used to be a handy app but now constantly crashes / times out / locks up .
Less focus on photos and more on the data would be a step forward.

Please create a patch to fix the error for iphones. Nsw ses have issued ipads and iphones right across the state for management which means in a flod event this app can not be utilitised by SES

Great that it shows water levels but needs to include flood levels as the information is of no use if you don’t know the height that the flood goes over the road also if it’s called live it actually need to be live not information as of 3 hours ago a lot can change in 3 hours definitely needs more thoughtfulness to the information provided

This app has been great to allay fears of people in town but it crashes trying to update data since the iOS 10 update.

The info is accurate, and up to date. But the app has to update it's entire database on start-up, every time. 
And by the speeds, it must also redownload all of the graphics, and plots, and everything else. If it took less than 2 minutes to load it might be useful, but I'll stick to a bookmarked page on water info or the BOM
