## What is Water Reminder?

Drink water when your body needs it most. Water tracker? Think again! Dehydration is no joke! Up your hydration game with P.

P tracker is easier and better than a water intake tracker: it reminds you to drink water when it’s been a long time since you peed, helping you build a healthy habit to defeat dehydration.

Just tap one button every time you’re on your way to the bathroom!

It's great for Apple Watch or as a Lock Screen Widget, and not as complicated as a water tracker. Who wants to use an annoying, complicated water tracker to drink water? Up your hydration game with this app!

Try it out, and see how this drink water reminder app can keep you aware of your body.

Key features:
- Drink water when your body needs it most, instead of based on just water intake
- Great Apple Watch app: Put it on your watch face for fast access while you head to the restroom!
- Customizable drink water reminder notifications
- Apple Health integration
- Lock Screen widgets
- Home Screen widgets
- Hydration calendar (pee count per day)
- Add notes on pees
- Volume tracking: record void volume in mL or oz for a complete voiding diary
- See Where You Peed: include location on pees for a low-effort journal of your life
- Tell Siri to “Log a P”
- Data export as CSV

- Add friends so you can remind them to drink water
- Earn your scroll: Water Break blocks apps you choose until you take a sip of water

If you’ve ever had a UTI or kidney stones, you know how important it is to drink water. Hydration is so important! There can be many benefits of drinking water, like weight loss, healthy skin, mental clarity, and much more. Dehydration can hold you back from being your best self.

Now it’s easy to know when it’s water time. This hydration app gets you in tune with your body, especially when you need to drink water most.

P is like a fitness game, taking the water tracker concept and turning it around, so you don’t need to track water intake. It's a much a simpler free water drinking reminder app.

Don't break that streak! You can even see where you stack up against the streaks of other users on the Leaderboard.

Even though P is designed to help you drink water as a hydration app and water drinking reminder app, you may also want to use it as a simple pee tracker or bathroom tracker. With volume tracking, P supports proper voiding diaries that medical providers request. This can be helpful for tracking data related to prostate conditions, bladder conditions, avoiding UTIs, avoiding kidney stones, and more.

You may be experimenting with intermittent fasting or looking for a water fasting app. This water app isn’t designed for that, but could be helpful.

Remember, this is not a water tracker! There is no way to record when you drink water, or how much water you drink. Instead, it's a hydration app based on how often you pee!

Join the many happy users who have used P to drink water and monitor their hydration based on how often they pee instead of a water tracker!

P does not provide medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical conditions. It's just a fun way to remember to drink more water or track your pees. Ask a licensed medical professional if you have any questions about:
- kidney stones
- gout or other types of inflammatory arthritis
- prostate conditions, or BPH
- interstitial cystitis and bladder conditions
- urinary tract infections (UTI)
- getting well-hydrated to prevent hangovers

### 5/5 — This app has helped me have better hydration habits!

*2026-09-07, version 2026.45*

The title says it all! I really enjoy having an easy Trackr, and the support for the voice-over screen reader is stellar. The app is intuitive, and there are frequent updates to address any bugs that come up. I recommend this to everyone!

### 5/5 — 매일 잘 쓰고 있어요.

*2026-08-24*

기록하는 걸 깜빡하는게 탈이지만 잘 쓰고있습니다

**Developer response:** 도움이 된다니 기쁘네요! 저는 항상 화장실에 가는 길에 미리 기록하시라고 권해요. 그래야 습관이 자리 잡아요. 다녀온 뒤에는 깜빡하기 쉽거든요.

### 5/5 — Very fun app

*2026-08-18, version 2026.42*

Love the piss mode option. Works well for hydration but my issue was that I pee too much and wanted to keep track sooo if you could add a reverse option that would be great (where maybe like 10+ is bad, aim for less etc?)

### 5/5 — So intuitive!

*2026-08-05, version 2026.41*

I don’t like water, this app helps me not have chapped lips!

### 5/5 — I never write reviews but I will for P

*2026-07-21, version 2026.39*

After trouble with a kidney stone for a few years, my urologist asked how many times I go to the bathroom a day. When I’m at work, I get really focused on what’s in front of me and often lose my sense of hunger and other bodily actions (using the bathroom). My urologist was shocked at how little I go to the bathroom and suggested going every 3 hours. I don’t want my kidneys to feel stressed and I certainly didn’t want another stone. For the past two weeks straight, I’ve easily logged every pee break using the P App. During my work “focus” mode on my phone, it’s the only app I let notify me during business hours. I’ve had a 79%+ increase in my bathroom uses with the help of the P App. My body is now retraining itself to feel that urge so I thank the creator!

### 5/5 — This app is amazing!

*2026-07-11, version 2026.38*

Since downloading the P app, I have become much more mindful of hydration; thank you! The voiceover Accessibillity is also top-notch!

### 5/5 — FRUSTRATING...

*2026-06-20, version 2026.36*

This kid's a GENIUS. Seriously, can't believe nobody noticed before! Everything just works. Notifications pop up on the watch like guards at Buckingham Palace! The interface is so slick you might need shades to use it! There's water consumption reminders, and the developer replies in no time at all... I told myself, if there's one flaw, I'm outta here. There's always some hidden issues, like glitches, delays, crashes… So, I went crazy checking the phone/watch setup… Kept a close eye on those notifications coming in… Don't even remember how I ended up with the Lifetime Subscription… No regrets at all! Frustrating…😉

### 5/5 — Very helpful

Paralyzed and have an artificial bladder via augmentation. Helps with reminders and void amounts
