Set a personalized daily water intake target, log drinks with one tap, and get smart hydration reminders based on your schedule and activity. The app supports integration with Apple Health using HealthKit, allowing seamless tracking of water and caffeine intake in the Health app’s Nutrition section. You can enable or disable this sync anytime in settings.
