## What is Water Rest?

WaterRest helps you do two simple things well: drink enough water during the day, and wind down properly at night.

A HYDRATION GOAL THAT FITS YOU
Enter your body weight and activity level, and WaterRest calculates a daily target made for your body — not a generic "eight glasses a day."

LOG WATER IN ONE TAP
Quick buttons for a small glass, a large glass, or a bottle. Need a different amount? Add a custom one. Your progress ring fills as the day goes on, so you always know where you stand.

REMINDERS THAT ACTUALLY HELP
Set up to four reminder times through the day, so a busy afternoon doesn't quietly turn into a dehydrated evening.

AN EVENING WIND-DOWN
Choose your bedtime and how early you want to start slowing down. WaterRest counts down to your wind-down window and walks you through it, so the day doesn't follow you into bed.

WATCH YOUR PROGRESS BUILD
Weekly charts, hydration and wind-down streaks, and a day-by-day log show what's working over time — and keep you honest on the days that aren't.

BUILT TO STAY OUT OF THE WAY
Calm, uncluttered design. Ounces or milliliters. Light or dark, following your system settings.

Start with your first glass today.
