Maybe the iPad they use doesn’t notify them on time. Several times I ordered a coffee, waited 15 minutes before arriving to a non busy environment…only to see they did not even start making my coffee. In these instances I paid ahead of time and provided tip, but I had to leave since I had meetings to get to. It’s disheartening there no recourse of this.
