I tried deleting it and reinstalling and it still won’t go away. Ich kann die App ohne Werbung kostenlos nutzen, aber bis auf den Wasserkonsum wird nichts an die Health App übertragen und einen Link zum Support habe ich vergeblich gesucht. Die Auswahl der Getränke ist auch rudimentär, z.b. bei Kaffee gibt es keine Unterscheidung ob Milchkaffee oder normaler Kaffee. Um eine wirklich gute Übersicht meines Trinkverhalten müsste ich zwei Apps nutzen, habe dann aber keine Chance auf eine virtuelle Trophäe! Je ne suis pourtant pas très sirop et la j adore le goût j ai limite envie de boire plus. Eine schöne und übersichtliche App. Schade das sämtliche Lucy-Funktionen nicht mehr nutzbar sind, da man den Lucy-Cap nicht mehr kaufen kann. Navíc má výhodu, že jejím používáním získáváte body, za něž si můžete na eshopu vybrat zdarma dárky Akorát by se mi líbilo, kdybyste do all you can drink salonku přidali příchutě snow, ski a trio grapefruit, lemon a orange. Got told I there’s a user with that email address. Couldn’t go back, do I had to force quit. Entered my email address and had to click on forgot password. I hadn’t forfeited my password as I hadn’t set one up in the first place. Created a password. Saved it in the passwords app on my iPhone. Went to sign in. Incorrect username or password. Reset password again. This time it worked. Set up the app on my iPad with my account details and entered hydration details etc. and saved all. Went to my iPhone but the had not remembered any of my account details. So added them. However, on returning to my iPad app, all my account details had been removed, “because I opened the app on another device” hence rendering the whole app only useful on one device only! I tried to reset my password only to be told that my account was not found. Terrible sign up process! Uninstalled the app - went to look for an alternative water tracker. ### 1/5 — Lucy cap does not work *2023-07-22, version 2.12.0* Recently purchased a Lucy cap and bamboo bottle. Could not get the cap to screw on the bottle. So cannot connect the cap to the app to calibrate or reset. The UVC filter function worked great for about two weeks while in Colombia then one day stopped working. Took customer service about a week to respond by email and their phones were apparently on vacation. Support did not provide useful suggestions and said that the bottle and cap were not compatible. It's my favourite in terms of design, simplicity, options available for logging, and general function. All the other apps have quite juvenile designs in comparison. Widgets are great and works well with Apple Watch too. A small feature I would like would be an option to add customised labels to ‘other’ drinks that you can save (e.g. I use ‘other’ for things like decaf coffee, herbal teas, other electrolytes). This would simply help with my own tracking, but it wouldn’t affect the metrics so it’s not necessary to have by any means, would just be a welcomed addition.
