## What is Watering?

Watering is a practical tool to help you develop drinking habits. An adult needs about 2.5L of water per day. Part of this water comes from drinking water, and part of it comes from grains, vegetables, fruits and other foods. In general, an adult should drink between 1500-1700ml of water per day.

Watering provides you with the following functions:
* Drinking water record: a variety of drinks (water/milk/tea/coffee/soda/other) are available, simple and fast.
* Drinking water statistics: record daily water consumption and track drinking water trends.
*Daily reminder: remind at multiple times to develop a healthy habit of drinking water.
*Plant collection: You can receive fresh plants and complete your flower stand when you finish drinking water.
*Target sharing: the results of drinking water on the day can be shared or saved, and remind each other with friends.
