It’s clumsy and pukes on itself frequently. Additionally, the user constantly is required to enter a password that can’t be saved by the iPhone in the password keychain. I’ve lost track of the number of times I’ve had to reset the password AND you can’t use a previous password! The app requires an abundance of button clicks for each test - even though all fields are filled out for the body of water/homeowner/site! When trying to add a site it will give you a pull down menu which is empty. The video that they have does not give much help I’m editing this review after speaking with customer service. The issue was fixed and they were very helpful to work out the issues.
