Although the spin disk machine works like a champ, the app is terrible. It’s clumsy and pukes on itself frequently. Additionally, the user constantly is required to enter a password that can’t be saved by the iPhone in the password keychain. I’ve lost track of the number of times I’ve had to reset the password AND you can’t use a previous password! The app requires an abundance of button clicks for each test - even though all fields are filled out for the body of water/homeowner/site! The only plus side to this app is that I’m no longer charged $19.95 monthly for this aggravation.

This app is horrible. Buttons freeze, hard to navigate. 
I’ve tried to reset my password over and over but nothing is happening.

The ipad App needs to be able to be horizontal screen, not vertical!  We have keyboards attached to the ipad and we cannot even use this app because it doesn’t flip to horizontal.  This seems like it could be a relatively simple fix.  Please!  We are wanting to switch from datamate so we can use this software with our customers and our service techs.

Since the new update I have so much trouble logging in and I can’t read the test results on a blue background with black letters 😤. Please fix  I use this app at least 30 times a week.

When using this app coupled with the water test solutions from LaMotte, I can easily run water tests, prepare corrective reports and keep track of the water quality over time.

In order to use this app you have to add a site. When trying to add a site it will give you a pull down menu which is empty. The video that they have does not give much help
I’m editing this review after speaking with customer service. The issue was fixed and they were very helpful to work out the issues. I’ve tested this app after and I think it will be very useful for my business.
