I had finally been able to create several branded watermarks as I struggled through using the crashing app initially and had hoped the app would be fixed when I came back to using it again before my subscription expired. I had hoped that I would be happy with the fixes and be able to renew the subscription but instead it was worse and crashing far more. I was not able to access my previously created content. The app didn’t allow me to open or access ‘my library’ without CRASHING!! The ‘support’ was even worse. They just kept emailing me with empty email messages and with out actually answering or helping me. They requested a video of what was happening and when I sent it then they asked me to send it another way because they couldn’t view it?! It seemed I was being sent in circles and there was NO evidence of actually wanting to help. I went back and reread reviews and saw that the app CRASHING IS AN ISSUE and they shouldn’t need my video to figure it out anyway. I was never able to use this app as intended, there was no technical support nor guise of even trying to help. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY FOR ME!
