I had a Waterpik Water Flosser 600 Series for over 21/2 years. It stopped working. Fortunately, it had a 3 year warranty. I called the company and after a short time trouble shooting, they decided to replace it with a new Flosser. I received it within a few days. Great customer service. My experience is that if one rises very early one day and checks in, and then checks in much later on the next day, then on the following day it asks about the previous day as if no check in had occurred and if one truthfully responds that the Waterpik had been used, the app ignores the response and counts the day as a missed day! ### 1/5 — Pointless app. *2025-05-01, version 2.1.2* This is the most pointless app on the market. After a Waterpik was recommended to me by dentist I bought an Ultra, the manual recommended downloading the app. So I did. This is just a reminder app. I’m sorry, but having a big new piece of equipment sitting on my bathroom counter is enough to remind me to use it. It doesn’t connect to Apple Health, it doesn’t have any stand out features. This is just a “look what we can do app” in the market. There’s no smart waterpiks that seem to be available to connect to the app. There’s not even a option for it. It doesn’t even have a timer—like the oral b app. Aside from wasting my time downloading it, and wasting space on my phone, why bother spending time creating it? Do I really need to remove the tip every time I use it? Why does it only recommend flossing the front gum line? When should I floss between teeth?
