## Most critical reviews (8 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App says to update but it won’t.

*2026-03-10*

Not recommended

### 1/5 — Registering issues

*2024-10-03*

I cannot login in. I keep saying Account Id is not valid

### 1/5 — Unethical Company, Poor service provided

*2024-08-28*

One of the only reasons people use the app is to be notified over excessive water usage/leaks, and its one of their biggest advertisement points when being sold their product. However, theyve taken it upon themselves to try and make it a paid feature? The water usage breakdown isnt even accurate for what is using water and what isnt using water, theres nothing this app can properly do for you without paying money to receive notifications. This app and company are questionable at best.

### 1/5 — Account issue

*2023-06-20*

Set up an account, I had to, my utility forced it on me. The app doesn’t recognize and yet tells me I exist when I try to set up a new account. Can’t get a hold of ANYONE about this. Meanwhile, I had an issue that went on for weeks, wasting a lot of water, that I should have been alerted to in a day. I can no longer see my usage myself on my meter so I’m beholden to this company that has to customer service to call.

### 1/5 — Membership Charge

*2023-06-13*

This App only provides previous day’s use and percentage of Monthly Budget for free. All other features are a “Premium Feature” and requires a membership and monthly fees.

**Developer response:** Hi, Thank you for taking the time to review our app, and we’re sorry to hear that the free version of the app didn’t meet your expectations. We received similar feedback from a few other users, and we have decided to take action! We recently updated our subscription model to provide additional value in the free version of the app. We hope you’ll be willing to give it a try, see the improvements for yourself, and possibly update your review. You spoke and we listened! Please also know that the value in the premium version goes beyond just additional screens. With the power of this technology, you can often receive discounts on your homeowners or renter’s insurance. We’ll be providing additional details soon!

### 1/5 — Should be free

*2023-05-13*

This app should be free. Water rates are 11.00 plus per 1000 gallons. Should never have to pay to check usage and for leaks.

### 1/5 — Membership no go

*2023-04-25, version 2.21.19*

They want $ for nearly every feature that’s displayed on the app 👎🏻

### 4/5 — The app is much better

*2023-06-22*

Edit 6/22: They reverted most of the app feature for free again now. It’s useful again. Thank you.
