Having said that! This app has so many issues and they aren't being fixed. I have tired wells fargo, chase, and tricity bank apps, but this is the worst one. Crashes a lot, every few days, I can't sign in, it just loads non stop and then shows error message. Can't seems to login for a whole day sometimes. And no, it's not my internet. Please fix it and make it better. ### 3/5 — The Bill Pay Section Needs Help *2025-03-23, version 5.10.0* The bill pay software they use has a number of small inconveniences that all add up to frustration. Things like… - when on a payee’s detail page, you want to see your history with that payee so you hit the “history” button. It takes you out of the payee’s page and shows you your history for all payee’s. - no ability to search by confirmation number. - many back buttons don’t take you to the last place you were but somewhere else unrelated. WaterStone Bank has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
