The employees are kind, helpful, never annoyed with anyone, not patronizing or cold as in most banks, it’s obviously important to them to give good service. There’s an amazing woman named Gail at the Mt Auburn street location, she remembers not only me but my son whom she met only once four years ago, and said hello to me and asked me about my son as soon as I walked in. Update people could not have validated being able to load and use existing version a week ago.
