The support has also ghosted me after advertising this wifi module. The app got an update 4 months ago and it looks the same and still doesn’t work as expected. When I change the temperature in the app it changes the configuration on the hot tub. Buttons that are supposed to increase or decrease temperature turn jets on. I have to turn off the power to the hot tub and plug it back in just to get the buttons on the hot tub to work right. Please update the UI to support larger devices and the api probably needs to be updated since it’s not in sync with the hot tubs config. Happy to beta test for changes. Very poor built app structure. The entire reason for this was to also be away from home and be able to check on our spa. This is not the case. Extremely disappointed at the expertise for their system software and with no communication to clients. We just had an outage of the app for 2 days and then it started randomly working again. Would not purchase this system again without the proper infrastructure. ### 1/5 — App No Longer Works *2024-03-31, version 2.2.0* I’ve had a Tidal Fit 15 for 5 years using the NEO-2100, using this app. It sucked for the most part but I have had some success and utility using it to adjust water temp. Now…since they final updated and like a fool, I updated! It’s still kind of glitchy, when it works, it does the job. I hope to keep the updates coming.
