My router shows that the pool controller remains connected to the Oasis service, but the app will never communicate with the controller. I used a unique password. Without an account I can’t even get help. What a joke. I finally deleted the app and tried reinstalling it, now I’m running into the same issues as before. Can’t log in, create new account or use the “forgot password” options without it crashing. Extremely buggy app. I did not want to purchase the OASIS automation based on the reviews but my pool guy insisted this was a good system. Additionally, the telephone customer support is non existent. I wish I had followed my instinct however I’m stuck with this system and abandoned app. Waterway plastics obviously doesn’t care about the app and it’s customer support system. CAVEAT EMPTOR! ### 1/5 — No update in 2 YEARS (unreal) *2021-09-20, version 2.0.3* Good grief, hire a high school student to help. The constant logging out/in is brutal, "remember me" feature does not work, along with numerous other things. Lean forward a bit, a wireless controller is ONLY as good as the platform you create for user to interact with the system. The support has also ghosted me after advertising this wifi module. The app got an update 4 months ago and it looks the same and still doesn’t work as expected. When I change the temperature in the app it changes the configuration on the hot tub. Buttons that are supposed to increase or decrease temperature turn jets on. I have to turn off the power to the hot tub and plug it back in just to get the buttons on the hot tub to work right. Please update the UI to support larger devices and the api probably needs to be updated since it’s not in sync with the hot tubs config. Happy to beta test for changes. Very poor built app structure. The entire reason for this was to also be away from home and be able to check on our spa. This is not the case. Extremely disappointed at the expertise for their system software and with no communication to clients. We just had an outage of the app for 2 days and then it started randomly working again. Would not purchase this system again without the proper infrastructure. ### 1/5 — App No Longer Works *2024-03-31, version 2.2.0* I’ve had a Tidal Fit 15 for 5 years using the NEO-2100, using this app. It sucked for the most part but I have had some success and utility using it to adjust water temp. Now…since they final updated and like a fool, I updated! There has never been a slower more touchy app ever. They just updated it a week before Christmas, we have family coming and you cant log in at all now! Of course they are out off office for thw holliday after updating their app to basically make it useless. So frustrating that our pool guys who are obviously not on the up and up with tech that actually works… give this to their new customers. It was ok, controlled the Temperature of the Spa and the light. This improved App allows me to control everything as if I am at my spa control panel!! A HUGE improvement. Only thing I would like to see added is something to show the water chemistry. I wish it did more (and now there is a new version that does it all). Based on the bad reviews, i was expected issues. My wifi reached the Oasis controller. After my pool contracter wired up everything, I opened the app, walked thru the setup, and was able to control the pool lights and pump modes straight away. Its my first day of use, and it seems fine. 4 stars. I’d give it 5 stars if it worked with IFTTT or any smart home apps like Alexa or HomeKit. ### 2/5 — Blank Screen on App Launch *2020-12-18, version 2.0.3* *Update* December 2020-Eventually they fixed the app issue. It is a buggy app that can kind of accomplish what you want although it can take a couple of attempts. October 2020-Zero Stars (For Now). App opens to a white screen. iOS 14 - I just got the WiFi controller and I am unable to do anything. I called Waterway and I was transferred to a phone line that rang endlessly.
