## What is WatSayPay?

BUILT TO SIMPLIFY YOUR BUSINESS FINANCES
Running a business shouldn't mean spending hours creating invoices, quotations, tracking payments or chasing customers.
WatSayPay was built to simplify that entire process from your phone, in just a few taps.

WatSayPay Features:

1) Smart Invoicing
Create, customize and send UAE VAT-compliant invoices — with TRN, 5% VAT and Tax Invoice designation — directly from your phone.

2) Quotations
Create professional quotations, send them the same way you send invoices, and convert accepted quotes straight into an invoice.

3) Retention Contracts
Manage holdbacks without the spreadsheet. Track client-held retention amounts and release schedules — know exactly what's held, what's due, and when.

4) Send & Track
Send invoices, quotes and payment links via WhatsApp. Your customer gets one simple link to view, review and take action.

5) Online Payments
Turn invoices into payments. Let customers pay directly from their invoice without searching for bank details or payment instructions.

6) Payment Reminders
Remind customers about pending and overdue invoices in a tap.

7) Customer Management
Every customer. Every invoice. One place. Keep customer details, invoices, quotes, payment history and outstanding balances organized and easy to access.

8) Real-Time Dashboard
Know exactly where your money stands. See invoices, quotations, retention and payments — paid, pending and overdue - at a glance.

WatSayPay brings invoicing, WhatsApp delivery, online payments, reminders and financial tracking into one simple app.
