I tried contacting the company to tell them about the rude driver that grabbed and was cursing at me and they just hang up

Always stating that no cars were available, but then a car magically appears once you’ve caught a cab elsewhere. Then you have these angry cab drivers calling your phone to curse you out. Also overpriced through the app. Will not ever use this cab service again. Thank you, next.

Unlike other apps when I book a car with this one, I am unable to see the price of the ride ever. I have to ask what the price is, which is no good for the customer because the driver can say whatever they want and one did, charging me double price for a round-trip that shouldn’t have cost much as he charged.
