At first, downloaded this app just to get the invoice of my purchase in-store but turns out the app have many features. I tried to shop in this app and got even more interesting gift with purchase, I could say even better than shopping in-store cuz got more vouchers and save my wallet. All I need to do is just wait for my stuff to arrive home, the delivery is so fast. With this app, at least I know the product got stock with accurate price, iykyk

Watsons has been one of my favourite shopping apps nowadays. I used to always walk into the physical store but after using the app, I feel like everything is just so much convenient . I can scroll through any products anytime, especially my favourite facial cleansers, moisturisers, and hair sprays. 

What I really like is how it instantly shows me all the brands I usually buy. They have lots of reviews from other users, so I can see which products are really worth it before buying. the prices on the app are sometimes cheaper than in-store, especially when they have those online-exclusive sales. Recommended to try.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the current version of your app. It has become incredibly difficult to use, with constant lagging and excessively long processing times after any edit. This has become a source of significant stress for me. Furthermore, I am very disappointed about the express delivery mode. The app's description says express delivery is available, but I can't find any option to select it. What is actually happening? As a long-time user, I feel that this change is a downgrade and that I've been misled. The previous version of the app was far superior it was simple, fast, and easy to navigate. I have been patient for several months, hoping for improvements, but the issues persist. I can no longer tolerate the poor performance of this app. I strongly urge you to address these issues and make improvements. Thank you!

ZERO STARS if I could! This is hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had with any online shopping app. I canceled my order on 13 December 2024 and requested a refund through the app. Customer service claimed it would be refunded within 7–14 days, but that was a complete lie.

I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails, and every single time, they just pushed the refund date further and further. It’s been almost TWO MONTHS now, and I’m still waiting for my money. This is beyond unacceptable! How hard is it to process a refund?

This whole experience has been an absolute nightmare—frustrating, inconvenient, and infuriating. Watsons, you’ve completely failed as a online shopping platform. Your lack of accountability and professionalism is appalling. I will NEVER shop here again, and I’ll be warning others to stay away too.

Require member key in promotion code for e-vouchers else miss it. So petty and so obsolete model for cost saving. If Watson not afford to give member promotion discounts then don’t give. Pls don’t abuse members benefits and use cheap marketing.

I was really disappointed with Watsons' express delivery service. The app clearly says that if you place your order before 7pm, you'll get your delivery within 2 hours. I ordered just before 7pm, thinking I’d get my items quickly, but that wasn’t the case at all. The live chat agent explained that the system needs to validate the order before it can be sent to the store, and only then will the store arrange for delivery through Grab. So the whole "place order before 7pm to get your delivery within 2 hours" promise is misleading.  

If you’re going to advertise fast delivery, at least make sure your system can handle it. Either adjust your cut-off time or process the orders faster. It's frustrating because I could’ve used other methods to get my items on time if I had known about the delays. Instead, Watsons made it harder than it needed to be. Honestly, just use Grab directly, it’s more reliable than trusting Watsons' app.

I am very disappointed with Watson app online purchase, the App shown order received by Watson but after one hours plus I am going to Watson store and they told me their system didn’t receive my purchase yet. I am confused which is correct. 
The app show click & collect express unfortunately this is not way, really facing a bad purchase experience ever and not sure when my goods is ready to be collected, really wasting my time to come back again to collect my goods.
The staff not familiar with Watson app, they told me my purchase is delivery and I need to explain and shown them my purchase actually is click & self collect, OMG what happened !!

Watson is totally listening to their consumers on improving their app. Kudos to the team for their hardwork. I love it when you check on a product and on the one page itself, you can see if there is any promotion that applies to the specific product.
