I love how quickly Watts 2.0 reacts to color changes. Being able to customize LED brightness and colors whenever I want is just awesome. Love the seamless control. ### 3/5 — Not so great *2025-03-24, version 2.1.7* I’ve had these for a few years now. It’s really finicky to get the lights to respond correctly. I bought this light system to replace an even worse system. I usually unplug the controller and let it reset and start over programming it. Sometimes that works. My latest issue, I erase everything and set new timers, but it won’t automatically turn on. Seems like it shuts off at the preset time. 🤷‍♂️ I wouldn’t buy these again, just get something off Amazon. You’ll pay 1/10 the price and you won’t feel as bad tossing them in the trash🤣 ### 4/5 — Easy to learn *2023-11-28, version 2.1.2* The app itself it’s pretty self explanatory and easy to learn to make your own patterns. Wish that they would have more fun presets or more types of movements for the lights. I’ve seen some pretty cool features on other peoples houses and wish I could get our lights to do the same. Went with Watts because they were reasonably priced compared to other companies. Hopefully as they grow they will update the app with more features. I don’t know what to do to have a connection with the connector. My lights are off and I can’t turn them on. This app missed the gradient effect which can be implement easily and make lights very beautiful. They just need to define start and ending colors and app should interpolate betwern colors to change color gradually. Good luck getting them off too. The app is for a 5 year old. The lights go on whenever they want too. Middle is the night, no problem. Try turning them off, forget it, them come back on 5 minutes later. We have had a service tech out once already because nothing would work. He says…yeah the controls boards are in beta testing…these ones should work better. Nope, 2 weeks later and the lights are toast again, nothing works. What a waste. Email tomorrow to say come rip these off my house and give me my 5k back. As stated by other negative reviewers, everything in my house on wifi works just fine. These don’t and 6 months of this hassle is ridiculous. The app constantly disconnects from the system and needs to be reconnected. It’s not my internet or location of the box for the lights, nothing else in my house experiences these kind of problems. By that I mean it is finding our Watts lights controller but will no longer connect to it. Can’t find the system when I start the app. Unplug and plug it back in for a reboot. Works for a short time then same problem again. Set the lights up in the schedule and they work once every second or third day. App sucks.
