### 5/5 — Great Sport App

*2019-10-12, version 2.8.36*

It has helped me to achieve my goals in professional way.
It has given me a summary of my health data and kept me on track.

### 5/5 — Best there is !

*2019-10-07, version 2.8.34*

Just getting to grips with this ,and despite a few teething problems (me !) it’s all starting to make sense.(60 year old ex time trialist.)
It’s not a “we’ll work it out for “ sort of app , but that’s not a bad thing as you will make more sense of the data if you understand the reasons for the metrics input .
Probably a few more FAQ might not go a miss as to how to take pulse readings etc , but as for the chat 💭 for help , we’ll that was almost immediate ! Impressive !
And it uses your smart phone camera for readings , so no expensive hardware to purchase .

### 5/5 — Everything you need in one place.

*2019-09-30, version 2.8.32*

I am a bit geeky when it comes to data collection, HR, Power, TSS, wellness you name it i like to look at it 🤓..
Wattson Blue provides everything I need all in one place, easy to read easy to navigate. The customer support is spot on and they have a dedicated Fb page for questions, can’t think of a better app. 5 🌟

### 5/5 — Great app

*2019-09-13, version 2.8.26*

Best app out there for incorporating subjective and physiological feedback into training programs.

### 5/5 — Deeper into HRV

*2019-09-13*

Amazing I’ve been using Wattson blue for a month now and i am very satisfied , detailed information training metrics (connect to Strava)
Also I get to know when my HRV is optimal for stronger training.

### 5/5 — Customizing My Training

*2019-09-08*

Enjoying Wattson Blue feedback on my training. Wattson Blue works well with Strava.

### 5/5 — Achieving Goals

*2019-09-07, version 2.8.22*

Wattson Blue helps me to achieve my weight loss goals. Consistency is key and the quick daily input of my health data and feedback keeps me motivated and on track.

The app is easy to use and syncs reliably with my Apple Watch. HR information from all of my activities is presented in clear charts and graphs, which help me to decide whether to change my workout intensity.

The app is continually evolving to keep it fresh and exciting. A must have to monitor and accomplish your exercise goals. Suitable for beginners to elite!

### 5/5 — Higher level

*2019-09-06*

Wattson Blue takes the metrics from my Oura ring and Strava to another level. I always dig an app that is smarter than I.

### 5/5 — Great cycling app !

*2019-08-31, version 2.8.18*

Highly recommended
Used many other cycling training app, I found Wattson blue gives a greater detail of performance management chart matrix and also it includes HRV which no other cycling app have. Also give training stress with only heart rate . For those who don’t have power meter !

Love this app !

### 5/5 — Helpful, comprehensive and well thought through

*2019-07-23, version 2.8.10*

Wattson Blue is very helpful and comprehensive. The heart rate variability measurement and heart rate are important and reliable indicators of how recovered I am or how much stress my body is feeling. The app brings together many metrics and inputs both objective (like the heart rate and watts on a bike ride) and subjective - like how much I feel in control of my life. It is so much more than just a record and analysis of training (although it does that very well with analysis of training load ,CTL and TSB). The questions about the amount and quality of sleep, nutrition, alcohol , etc act as prompts to reflect on those things - especially as it keeps telling me (rightly) that I am not getting enough sleep. There has clearly been a lot of thought put into the way that the metrics and subjective inputs collectively prompt advice eg on whether I am in the right condition to train, what I should focus on or whether I should take time out for some rest and “me time”.

### 5/5 — Wattson Blue

*2019-06-16, version 2.8.2*

I’m new to training apps and pretty new to cycling, I’ve found the explanatory info on this app really helpful , and am looking forward to improving my fitness in a healthy way with the Wattson Blue app. I’ve been using the free version but now thinking I’ll sign up fully

### 5/5 — Super application de sport

*2019-05-09*

Cette application est au top. Je l’utilise quotidiennement pour améliorer ma performance physique et mesurer ma fréquence cardiaque.
Ce que j’apprécie avec cette application c’est le fait de pouvoir comparer mes résultats avec les autres athlètes!

**Developer response:** 💪❤️🤗

### 5/5 — top notch

*2019-05-06, version 2.7.9*

I wouldn’t consider myself to be an athlete, though I do a lot of miles through cycling. This app links up perfectly with Strava and enables a much fuller analysis of performance and trends. I particularly like the HR/HRV metrics. This really helps me to see when I am doing too much and when to back off. The developers are extremely receptive to feedback and have created something special here. Chapeau!

### 5/5 — Great app to connect training and well-being

*2019-05-03, version 2.7.8*

The app has really allowed me to see how both my work, training and well-being interact and affect each other. All the training analysis is well beyond what you get on Strava. I like how both apps work together to produce relevant feedback and analysis which is helping me prepare for a duathlon later this year

### 5/5 — So Useful!

*2019-04-25, version 2.7.2*

Really helped me through a hard time when I was trying to train and getting I’ll. using this app let me know when to rest and ultimately get fitter faster. Have been using it ever since and haven’t gotten sick since that time!

### 5/5 — Ben

*2019-04-24, version 2.7.2*

Used it throughout the varsity rugby campaign at Oxford and found it useful for training insights, fatigue levels and helping to plan training.

Would highly recommend.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 5/5 — Oura integration

*2025-05-18*

WATTSON utilizes my Oura ring data and Strava data, it does a better job analyzing both than the respective apps

### 5/5 — Recovery is king

*2022-10-05*

WattsonBlue is one of the few apps I spend time with each morning. It provides the guidance I need for my daily workouts.

### 5/5 — Best hrv analysis for training

*2021-11-02*

I’ve been using Wattson blue with my Oura ring for some time now and I can say that the training advise is spot on. The Oura app readiness score is terrible for giving me good advice about when to back off. But Wattson blue is scary good. When it says to back off, I’m going to have a terrible workout, and when it says I’m good to go I always have a good workout. I’ve tested it enough times blind (worked out and then checked what my morning score was) that I am very confident in the numbers.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2021-03-13, version 2.8.50*

There is a lot of information that it provides and I am enjoying learning about it all. The part I enjoy most is the daily readiness score.

### 5/5 — Recovery

*2020-07-14*

Fantastic tool I think anyone who’s attempting to train their body (that should be everyone...) should use to maximize recovery.

### 5/5 — Great data & analysis all on your phone

*2020-04-18, version 2.8.48*

I’ve used many apps to analyse and track my training and fitness. This app bring all of the features from other desktop applications to your phone. With Strava integration I can view my data out on the road right after my ride is done. The added functionality of daily metrics, Apple Health data inputs , including HRV, provides a very accurate view of readiness to train. I highly recommend downloading and using this application if you are serious about your training and want the convenience of great analysis in the palm of your hand.

### 5/5 — Fantastic App

*2020-03-31, version 2.8.48*

Brilliant app that allows you to track your performance, fitness and fatigue over time. I know exactly how fit I am compared to this time last year for example. The boost in confidence and motivation is really helpful to keep you going. Love the app and highly recommend it

### 5/5 — Wattson Blue

*2020-01-08, version 2.8.44*

I can now focus on putting the same amount of effort into recovery as I do training.

### 5/5 — An indispensable training tool

*2019-11-09*

I have been using this for about three weeks. I turned to this app when I got myself into an overtraining situation and I just could not figure out how that can about. I read about this app and gave it a try. After 3 weeks of using it consistently, it helped me identify exactly where I had gone wrong.

An enormous bonus in the use of the app is the responsiveness of the developer to any questions you have.

This is a very valuable training tool.

### 5/5 — Comprehensive - like having a digital coach!

*2019-11-08, version 2.8.41*

V helpful app with tons of data to help athletes go beyond just “how they feel” with regards to fitness and recovery.
