Bienvenido a la nueva forma de moverse en Palma de Mallorca. Wattzer es la única plataforma en Baleares que opera 4 vehículos distintos bajo una misma aplicación móvil. Además, como queremos cuidar el medio ambiente, nuestros vehículos son 100% eléctricos. - Patinetes eléctricos - Bicicletas eléctricas - Motos eléctricas - Coches eléctricos Todos nuestros vehículos se encuentran en los establecimientos hoteleros que aparecen en la app, delimitados y asignados por zonas. De igual forma, wattzer se ha asegurado de que los vehículos que operamos son de calidad premium y con autonomías extensas. Queremos que disfrutes de tu viaje y de las Islas Baleares de la mano de los mejores vehículos. ¿Como funciona Wattzer? Wattzer es un modelo "station-based", por lo que los vehículos siempre serán reservados y entregados en el mismo establecimiento. Wattzer trabaja junto con los establecimientos hoteleros, que prestan sus instalaciones para que los clientes puedan acceder a los vehículos. Los vehículos son estrictamente revisados, saneados y mantenidos para que la experiencia de nuestros clientes sea segura y divertida. ¿Como iniciar una reserva? Es muy sencillo, lo primero de todo descárgate la app. Una vez la tengas instalada, sigue el procedimiento de registro y en tan solo 2 minutos podrás disfrutar de cualquier vehículo de wattzer. Nuestra app cuenta con un sistema de verificación de documentos de conducir, por lo que la validación es prácticamente instantánea. Una vez hayas completado el proceso de verificación podrás reservar vehículos por un periodo de 5 minutos antes de comenzar finalmente el viaje. Cuando estés cerca del vehículo, pulsa el botón "rent" para abrir tu vehículo y comenzar tu reserva. ¡A disfrutar! Cuando quieras estacionar tu vehículo, podrás hacerlo con el botón de parado (P) junto al botón de "stop rental", esto te permitirá bloquear los sistemas de los vehículos para que nadie pueda utilizarlos mientras están estacionados. Una vez hayas vuelto a la estación a la que está asignado el vehículo, el sistema te permitirá finalizar tu viaje pulsando el botón "Stop renta" y siguiendo las instrucciones que detalla la app. ¿Puedo acceder a todos mis viajes y facturas? En la app de wattzer podrás acceder a todos los históricos de viajes y facturas, por lo que siempre tendrás control de la utilización del servicio. Por si no es suficiente, cada vez que se finaliza la reserva o hay alguna incidencia, te mandamos toda esta información a través del correo detallado en tu registro. ¿Que pasa si tengo un problema mientras uso el servicio o la app? Paid to activate and get the bike out, the bike didn’t unlock. Tried to charge me nearly €4 ### 1/5 — Nope *2025-06-17, version 1.0.19* Terrible app to navigate. The scooters sometimes lock themselves & it takes up to 10 minutes to fix, at the expense of the customer to pay! Downloaded a ride pass and also wasn’t able to use this… paid €30 for the privilege of disappointment. Will be claiming my money back from the bank. ### 1/5 — Extrmely dissapointing *2025-06-04, version 1.0.19* So many wrong things with these scooters/bikes. I paid the fee to unlock it and it didnt even unlock. Second you can or park it at other locations if the parking is already full so be aware of that! When the reservation time expires it didnt even let me top it up even after trying from multiple cards. Definintely not recommend it! ### 4/5 — Good *2025-05-24, version 1.0.19* To be honest, I had attempted to use the app before and it didn’t work and it wouldn’t even let me use them despite them being there however I recently tried again and all of a sudden they had sorted out what was going wrong and it worked I think despite there still being a few small tweaks they can make to some of the scooters not showing up as working despite it works well as I’ve been on a ride with no problems. I think it’s a further continue to improve the app it will be amazing. ### 1/5 — Damage and waste of my time *2025-04-19, version 1.0.19* There were around 5 scooters plugged in and only one showed up, took us over an hour to try get into the app, it says 21 cents a minute and we went up the road for around 2 minutes and came to plug it back in when we noticed there were no brakes because they had been snapped off so I nearly went into the front of the van and after going up the road 2 minutes away it charged us €4 when it is €0.20 a minute, definitely would not recommend waste of money and time being on holiday!! ### 1/5 — Cannot finish my rental *2025-03-05, version 1.0.19* I am struggling to finish the rental of a scooted almost 24h after returning it to the hub! This app and the service is a complete trash. ### 1/5 — Do not rent from here! *2024-11-15, version 1.0.19* They will take your money and not let you return the rental, tried to contact but no answer. Cowboys ### 1/5 — SCAM *2024-09-18, version 1.0.19* Used an e-bike for 10 minutes and when I got back to the docking point the app wouldn’t let me end the rental. Contacted support via WhatsApp as there is an option to do that in the app, but the number hadn’t been used for over a month. Another 13 minutes of attempting to end the rental passed before the app finally worked and stopped the rental. So took over double the money that it should have. Save your money and walk or get an e-bike/scooter from elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Terrible. Won’t allow release of bike or scooter *2023-11-02, version 1.0.13* Bikes and scooters there, all look good to go, however service unlocks then doesn’t allow release of the bike or scooter.
