Failure of a company ### 1/5 — Terrible - DONT BOTHER *2023-04-12, version 1.0.10* First of all it wouldn't unlock, customer service through WhatsApp was helpful but it took multiple attempts before I could ride. Paid to activate and get the bike out, the bike didn’t unlock. Tried to charge me nearly €4 ### 1/5 — Nope *2025-06-17, version 1.0.19* Terrible app to navigate. The scooters sometimes lock themselves & it takes up to 10 minutes to fix, at the expense of the customer to pay! Downloaded a ride pass and also wasn’t able to use this… paid €30 for the privilege of disappointment. Will be claiming my money back from the bank. ### 1/5 — Extrmely dissapointing *2025-06-04, version 1.0.19* So many wrong things with these scooters/bikes. I paid the fee to unlock it and it didnt even unlock. Second you can or park it at other locations if the parking is already full so be aware of that! When the reservation time expires it didnt even let me top it up even after trying from multiple cards. Definintely not recommend it! ### 1/5 — Damage and waste of my time *2025-04-19, version 1.0.19* There were around 5 scooters plugged in and only one showed up, took us over an hour to try get into the app, it says 21 cents a minute and we went up the road for around 2 minutes and came to plug it back in when we noticed there were no brakes because they had been snapped off so I nearly went into the front of the van and after going up the road 2 minutes away it charged us €4 when it is €0.20 a minute, definitely would not recommend waste of money and time being on holiday!! ### 1/5 — Cannot finish my rental *2025-03-05, version 1.0.19* I am struggling to finish the rental of a scooted almost 24h after returning it to the hub! This app and the service is a complete trash. ### 1/5 — Do not rent from here! *2024-11-15, version 1.0.19* They will take your money and not let you return the rental, tried to contact but no answer. Cowboys ### 1/5 — SCAM *2024-09-18, version 1.0.19* Used an e-bike for 10 minutes and when I got back to the docking point the app wouldn’t let me end the rental. Contacted support via WhatsApp as there is an option to do that in the app, but the number hadn’t been used for over a month. Another 13 minutes of attempting to end the rental passed before the app finally worked and stopped the rental. So took over double the money that it should have. Save your money and walk or get an e-bike/scooter from elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Terrible. Won’t allow release of bike or scooter *2023-11-02, version 1.0.13* Bikes and scooters there, all look good to go, however service unlocks then doesn’t allow release of the bike or scooter. Really awful. What is the point! Better off with a bike rental from a bike shop. ### 1/5 — Scam *2023-10-07, version 1.0.12* They are a terribly run service. I used one of their scooters. Used it and drop it to another location where they have the parking for it. Then it locks and wont let me take it out and still charges me money. Avoid. ## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — Good *2025-05-24, version 1.0.19* To be honest, I had attempted to use the app before and it didn’t work and it wouldn’t even let me use them despite them being there however I recently tried again and all of a sudden they had sorted out what was going wrong and it worked I think despite there still being a few small tweaks they can make to some of the scooters not showing up as working despite it works well as I’ve been on a ride with no problems.
