Fixes: sending could stay stuck in progress even after it had succeeded, some buttons showed clipped text, and a cancelled postcard didn't show its status in the list.

• Fixed a freeze that could happen after entering the verification code during sign-up.
• The notification permission request now appears at the right time, no longer overlapping other prompts.

• Fixed the page indicator on the intro screens.
