네이버 검색하다가 와그라는 어플을 알게되어 와그를 통해서 예약을 했는데 간적도없는데 사용했다고 취소도 안된다고하고 일방적으로 고객탓이라고 하고, 본인들은 해결방법 없다고 고객보고 알아서 해결방법 찾으라고하고, 고객센터 연락할때마다 같은 소리만 계속하고, 결국 고객이 시간 버려가면서 애간장태우고 고생해서 연락연결되어 해결했습니다.도움 1도 안됩니다. 그리고 결국 할인도 일반 네이버 예약이랑 다를것 없습니다.
다른 분들도 저처럼 고생하지마시고 그냥 네이버 예약 사용하십쇼.

유럽여행 중에 와그앱은 필수품입니다! 저렴한데 시간도 절약되고 편하기까지 하네요 :) 파리에서 대기줄이 어마어마한 세느강 유람선도 와그앱으로 즉석에서 구매 후 앱 내에 받은 바우처로 머신에 찍으니 바로 ‘봉쥬르~’하면서 입장되고 신기하네요! 디즈니 랜드 입장권도 구매했는데 저렴한 가격에 가서 줄 안설 수 있어서 시간이 돈인 여행객들에게 필수앱으로 생각됩니다! 앱도 사용자 편의성에 맞춰서 직관적이고 우리나라보다 통신속도가 느린 유럽에서도 속도도 빠르네요~! 또한 상품페이지에 잘 정리된 여행정보들도 여행하는데 꽤나 큰 도움이 되었습니다~! 나날히 발전해서 ‘여행=와그’가 되길 응원합니다!

예전에는 여행 갈 때만 일 년에 한 두번 정도 사용하는 앱이었는데요, 오히려 코로나 이후에는 정말 데일리로 자주 애용하는 앱이 됐어요. 가까운 곳으로 여행갈 때 팬션/호텔 예약할 때나 액티비티 할 때는 물론이고 맛집, 스파, 마사지, 심지어 배달음식 시켜먹을 때 모바일 교환권까지 저렴하게 사서 잘 쓰고 있답니다! 싱가폴, 미국, 유럽 갈 때 너무 잘 사용했던 앱이라 코시국 타격으로 없어지지나 않을까 괜한 걱정을 했네요^^;; 기사 보니 투자도 많이 받으셨던데 더 좋은 상품들 많이 많이 추가해주셨으면 좋겠어요! 주변 사람들한테도 추천하겠습니다! 와그 항상 응원해요! ❤️❤️❤️
