Driver worst, driving fast, uncared,  I put at notes what door will pick up and he start charging for the trip before he meet us or put the ramp ready

The app used to work good no it’s awful. I can’t even use it anymore I have to call in to book

There was a perfectly good wav and they simply ended the service without telling the customers. Most of us had to find out through a process of frustration that we needed to uninstall the app and install one by a different developer.

It was released with zero test testing by customers or drivers, and many drivers have complained that it's worse than the app that it replaced. As have many of my fellow customers.

I can't book a ride by saying I am here and want to go there. I have to say I want to end up there, and the app automatically sticks in some random address near my current location. If I have location turned off, no joy. There's no hint telling you to click on your current location and change it. More than once I've booked a ride and the driver went to the destination instead of my pick up point.

Some people with disabilities in Calgary get a monthly allowance taxi card from a AISH. But not all taxi companies accept it, and the app doesn't tell you which company has accepted your ride. If you're short on cash and hoping to use the card, you may have to cancel ride and piss off the driver.

I could go on…. 

What are the chances that anyone will actually listen and fix these problems?

When one suddenly finds oneself in a wheelchair life changes dramatically. Things that were easy to do now take careful planning and execution. I am grateful to WAV for making one part of this so easy and convenient.
