I feel like I’m in the twilight zone and I’m all alone. I see absolutely no one The developer just contacted me and let me know that this is a new app just starting off so I like the idea so I’ll give it some more time. I really do like the Jeep community they all feel like family **Developer response:** Why a 1 star review, William? I am sad! The app has only be out for a month now so perhaps there aren't too many people in your area. Because you see the concept please consider giving it some more time. Its tons of fun!!! Also, be sure to ask questions and look at our FAQ:s to make sure you're using that feature correctly, the wave has a 5 mile radius. ### 1/5 — Mile radius *2022-02-16, version 1.0.6* So it went to only a 2 mile radius to a 500 mile radius and now down to a 5 mile radius? Why can’t you leave it at the 500 mile radius. And the lagging is getting to the point where I wanna delete the app completely ### 2/5 — Good app, slow or crashes *2022-02-16, version 1.0.6* I love the app! Opened it up this morning and there were two other keepers to wave to! Unfortunately most of the time when on wave mode or visible mode, the app freezes up and you cannot do anything. I did crash once too. Looking forward to when it is working as it should and has updates! So much potential with this app. **Developer response:** Hey! Thanks for your feedback. We had a half day crash when we tried to adjust the wave radius but quickly resolved that issue. You shouldn't be freezing, perhaps that is a cellular issue. The wave screen does refresh every 30 seconds, its not real time so that may be why it seems it does. If you want to see anything other than the businesses around you, you must upgrade. Other than that $2.99 a month it is not worth it to see if other users are coming at you. You have a good basic platform to build on. But not worth my time or money yet. **Developer response:** Hi! I am sorry you deleted it without giving it more than a few minutes. Its so much fun to see others nearby, which is 100% FREE!!! And so many people have given great feedback about making tons of new connections on that free version! Thank you for agreeing it s a great platform I hope after you try it out we can earn a new rating :) ### 1/5 — Poor execution *2022-02-12, version 1.0.4* App is currently not worth the price. Sadly, the free version is even more worthless. It sounded like a great concept. And like a couple other review said, would be great if it tied into other parts of the phone. As it stands now, the app is good for looking for events, that’s it. When engaged on Facebook, JeepLife says that the customer is to blame for not knowing how to use a “user friendly” app. I’ve been next to another Jeeper and they don’t show up on the app. Again great concept, poor execution and poor customer service. **Developer response:** EDIT; Thanks again for taking time to give us a 1 star review for the second time. I am disappointed that we also cannot offer everything for free but its a very costly concept so we thought $2.99/mo was nominal for what you get. The reason you don't see the Jeeper next to you is that are not on the app yet. We cannot promise every Jeeper has heard of us yet. We are so grateful to those that love it and continuing sharing as our community has now grown over 16k users, just not that Jeep next to you. Yet. ;) Hi! That was me you were talking to and I certainly didn't at you were to blame for not knowing how to use a new app. I spent a lot of time answering your questions and was just letting you know we designed it to be user friendly, trial and error. We have a lot of info and FAQ's on the app and our website. Always a pleasure helping people get started. Remember, the app is FREE to download, wave and send and receive messages. After updating the app, it won’t let me log in. Says my password is invalid. When I click on “forgot password”, it says “invalid sender”. Had the free version. Well I went it to look at it and now it says my subscription has ended and now I have to pay the monthly subscription just to look at the app. **Developer response:** The reason it was lagging during that 500 miles radius is why we cannot leave it at that. We are at 5 miles! Everyone is loving it!! We tried to expand it but it crashed the app for a day and was just toooo much, way too much. Not to mention the cost was outrageous. So many Jeeps I had thousand on my screen and it wasn't functional. % miles is super popular. We ARE Adding a friends list this month too!!! Deleted and re downloaded the app and when trying to log in it says user not found. ### 1/5 — No one is here *2023-01-08, version 2.2.0* I have been on this App since it cane out and have given out almost 100 “Nice Jeep” waves with maybe 15 responses. I travel Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana and it appears there is no one using this App. People who are within 1-2 miles of where I work have not responded with over a year of me “waving” to them. Downloaded the app set up an account but once it gets to the email verification that’s when things go wrong. It freezes and doesn’t send the verification email and the app can’t be use without passing that step. Could use some bug fixes. Look forward to it working one day. **Developer response:** Hey there! I have multiple avenues already for planning trail runs and for social engagement with peers. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-02-19, version 1.0.7* I see other people have the same problem and the developer keeps saying it’s new and more people need to join but that’s not the case. It has worked one time since I’ve had it, it showed everyone around my city but was very glitchy to the point where I couldn’t use it. I would zoom out to look at all of the other people and it kept zooming back in on my own car and then would freeze and wouldn’t stop even if I restarted it over and over. So now it doesn’t show anyone at all again. I paid 30 bucks for this and it doesn’t work at all. **Developer response:** Hi There! This app makes is easy to stay connected, find events and friends. Love seeing other users pretty much everywhere I travel. If you’re not seeing anyone it’s because it’s still new and you probably don’t live in a metropolitan area. Used the SOS once too and that was sure helpful. 13 Jeeps responded. ### 5/5 — Best App *2023-05-30* I enjoy this app so much as a fellow Jeeper. It’s so easy to meet other people and keep track of Jeep Events happening. I ran out of gas and a fellow Jeeper rescued me thanks to the SOS feature. Saved me big time. ### 5/5 — Amazing app!!
