Some users location on geofencing not updating. Showing location erroneously from last week.
Update: 19/1/2019 still not updating users in locator nor able to see users on map. Isn’t two weeks enough to diagnose and remedy this??

I’ve tried to get this to work on two different devices and all it does is send a text message and fail. I wish I could evaluate this but it looks like broken software.

App is a great concept but needs regular updates and a continuous roadmap for user experience improvements. Currently scan function is on regardless of toggle setting and if you put in Do Not Disturb it still receives all transmissions - only way to limit transmissions is to log out of app. This started with last upgrade - 8 months ago which by today’s standards is way to long between releases. For a paid service, would like to see some effort put in for fixes and improvement.

App is  not it reliable and the unit map disappeared. I’d expect better from Motorola.

The Alert Tone Audio not only fluctuates but it is very quiet. I can barely hear the unmute tone and PTT tones.
