Customers essentially here 2-3 rings before the phone even rings then once you hit answer it takes another 10-15 seconds to connect the call. Called for help and stated I could not be helped as I needed to jump through an intense security check to receive tech support. When asked about moving my plan to another provider I have been held at ransom to keep the product or pay for a full 3 year contract (changed from 2 years between sales call and paperwork) and lose the business number which I have paid for.
