Ok I love this app. I’ve been trying to find a way to make my habits actually worth doing, because normally they just feel like pointless and so I stop after a week or so. I’ve been using this a few days now, and I used it to set a reward for having a cheat meal after I do 5 hours of cardio. I have like 1.5 hours left and I’m so excited lol
