This app WAS popular among people from rural areas with zero to little technical knowledge and English proficiency because of its simplicity and core functions such as send money. But I noticed that they have been overdoing (or over engineering) lately that the app has become more of a bloatware and been losing its identity gradually. Instead, they should focus on better localization, speed (now it’s so sluggish), clearer categorization, a faster-loading transaction history (detail), bill payments with more use cases and personalization capabilities such as profile picture setting. They should also focus on chains of shops to accept with WavePay. And also improve the app stability. Should consider letting us withdraw money from linked-banks’ ATMs because we need to pay extra fee the Wave shops ask when we withdraw money. But there is some hassle issue in re-login when a person lost or damage his/her device it’s not easy to follow some instructions unlike other pay services. Customers could not able to remember their last transactions and balances.
