I really should’ve read the reviews first. My local site is always super busy so it’s very tricky to book on the day! Just to sign up, you get a long form that needs all of your details (including address, why?). An onboarding flow should only need at most my phone number and/or my email. Not to mention, when you do go through all the above, the “app” wants to send a code to your phone which may or may not arrive (at least not on the first attempt in any case), so you can’t actually complete onboarding anyway. My advice as an app developer; hire a proper consultancy to rebuild your app as an app, not a website, because what you have right now is a usability disaster. MAUI is a surefire way to put off all your users, just use Expo to develop a platform-respecting, cross-platform app. Don’t bombard users with miles and pages of forms, you’re supposed to get us into the app as soon as possible. Add Apple Pay support instead of requiring users to manually input card numbers. 90% of your onboarding form can be done _after_ a user has made and verified their account; let me add payment info and car registration when I make my first booking. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-05-02, version 1.2* App never remembers log in, even after selecting stay logged in. Also, the car wash block all appointments day of, meaning unless you book at least one day ahead, you can never use the app! I also had a car wash which cost me £26, when I was emailed my receipt it only said £16 - assuming they pocketed the £10 and that’s why they block people booking in same day ### 1/5 — Onboarding hell *2026-03-22, version 1.2* The app onboarding is so unnecessarily painful that I abandoned it twice- developers, PLEASE look at best practices, e.g. login via Google/ Apple etc and also enable ApplePay ### 1/5 — Cheats, stay away *2026-03-13, version 1.2* Stay away, they quote you less and once work is done, they’ll say your car is bigger and charge you more.
