Here is my comments and hope to be consider by the developer: - there are great features in the web platform which is not available in the app like usdc staking for example. - if you register with SEED Phrase you can’t link it with email and password to make your registration easier. - they have other great product which is SWOP.fi , its good to put link about this product somewhere in the website or app to let the users get benefits. - WAVES and NSBT must be listed in more exchanges like CEX.IO I forgot to mention that the people in live support chat are just GREAT. ### 2/5 — New UI Awful! *2020-08-25, version 2.12.3* 08/25/20 Update Responding to the “developer” reply. No, you have it backwards. Your actual developers should be reading these reviews for their app, not lead me somewhere else. I should NOT have to go to yet another place for critique. That defeats the purpose of these reviews and wastes my time. Original Review Just downloaded the newest version of the app and the new UI is awful! The colored circles with a single letter does not add new information and is a distraction. The token name is greyed out and in a smaller font which is more difficult to read. The two colored font of black name and blue amount was working well in earlier versions. Why did you change that? And you got rid of the History button! Why? That function contained very useful information at a glance. Bring it back! Go back to the minimalist listing of two lines. Instead of filling it with colored circles, it’s more useful to have options of sorting the token names alphabetically to find them faster. I’ve contacted support and got no response. I this point I just want to withdraw my BTC and be done with this app and wallet altogether. **Developer response:** Greetings. You need to work on new upgrades ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Staking removed from app *2022-07-17, version 2.26.4* Reason to have this app is Waves staking. A recent release quietly removed that functionality. Search hasn’t found any announcements or explanation regarding this change to the app. Only search results are for staking on the waves.exchange website. Not using app for trading as need to be large and active to justify using this dex. (See other reviews about problems with small amounts.) [update] Thank you for developer response. Note the release notes did NOT include information about removing staking or recommended alternative. In the App Store the WX app write up doesn’t highlight staking or what staking coin(s) can be managed. Better write up and documentation is appreciated. ### 1/5 — User beware *2022-01-08, version 2.21* I had my funds held hostage for 9 months due to an exchange technical failure. I was just told to wait, wait, and wait some more. ### 1/5 — Won’t let me buy Crypto because I reside in the US *2021-11-05, version 2.18* Don’t get this app it’s a waste of time, they won’t let you buy any crypto ### 1/5 — Worst of worst app for exchanges *2021-08-23, version 2.16.17* I don’t know how I lost 200 usdt in a matter of seconds not by trading but by just placing orders. The limit orders never fill . It has worst ji interface of all. ### 1/5 — Minimum BTC of .001 deposit/withdraw *2021-05-26, version 2.16.2* Don’t do business with a company that steals your smaller deposits. I was sending more BTC into my wallet in order to get a smaller amount out and it just cost me another $30 which waves has stolen. I reached out to support just to receive the, “sorry your funds are lost, please read our policy carefully.” The transfer was successful, so no reason for the funds to not be there. Network fee was paid. Sad, thought waves was a better company. **Developer response:** We don't have access to your funds below the minimum in any way, they are frozen on the gateway forever. It is not possible for us technically to process your transfer. You've been warned about the minimum deposit amount beforehand, this fact is transparent and is not hidden from your eyes before initiating a transfer in any way. Please don't call us stealers in this case. ### 1/5 — Worst *2021-05-04, version 2.16.1* this wallet of mine hacked last week and all my coins were stolen , no one did nothing for me I contacted to support team but they said they can’t do anything about it and I lost everything, shame on you ### 1/5 — This app is trash. *2021-04-18, version 2.14.1* I send money to the btc wallet they give me and I lost my money. Do not get this wallet! I tried to send a measly $60 of BCH to another wallet only to find that I need $600 to make that transaction happen. Easy going in. Good luck getting it out. I’m sure it’ll just stay there now forever. GET ANY THING ELSE!! **Developer response:** You don’t have enough funds to pay the required gateway fee which is 0.01 BCH. Also, the minimum amount for withdrawal is 0.1 BCH. I deposited 480 and got 90 back and your project thinks it’s best to block me off for airing my view, deleting the transaction and deactivating my account. I have my evidence your project is a rot. **Developer response:** Your transaction can't be deleted within the blockchain network, it's not technically possible. No one can deactivate your account, as Waves.Exchange is a decentralized exchange and you are the only owner of your SEED phrase and private key. Although there are a few things left to be desired, such as fiat for US customers, it is an example of what a crypto mobile wallet should look like. 5/5, keep up the good work.
