So everyday I have to put all username and password again. Annoying ### 1/5 — Bug fix needed *2023-09-25, version 1.7.0* App is not able to control the thermostats properly and very slow to respond. I’m a renter and the owner is also new. I’ve trawled through the internet looking for how to guides, which I have found but it doesn’t get around the fact my phone won’t connect to the system. Interfaccia vecchia, inutilmente complicata: dalla schermata iniziale si vedono solo pochi dati delle stanze, poi bisogna andare in “Overview” per poter avere ulteriori dati (tipo temperatura attuale), ma per qualche motivo strano ci sono altre 2 sottoschermate, una “Basic” e l’altra “System” che non si capisce qual è la differenza. Per qualche motivo strano la programmazione settimanale è sotto diversi menù… il grafico della temperatura e umidità durante l’arco della giornata è terribile, lo zoom non va, pieno di bug… mostra la linea della temperatura raggiunta in un momento della giornata, ma manca la linea della temperatura impostata (da raggiungere). Una bella rinfrescata alla grafica e la risoluzione dei bug maggiori (in primis quello della mancata visualizzazione della modifica effettuata che appare solo dopo diversi refresh) renderebbe l’app accettabile. ### 1/5 — Piena di bug e user experience da migliorare *2021-06-05, version 1.5.0* Il sistema Sentio di Wavin è decisamente un ottimo prodotto, ma l’applicazione è decisamente immatura. I dati di temperatura e umidità mostrati spesso non sono aggiornati, se si applicano modifiche la centrale le recepisce ma l’applicazione non le visualizza, l’esperienza utente è complicata dalla mancanza di funzioni utili come il riordinamento delle stanze. Ripeto, bel sistema ma l’applicazione ha molta strada da fare per poter anche solamente avvicinarsi a competitor come Netatmo e simili. ### 1/5 — Not working with newest firmware *2020-11-05, version 1.4.0* After updating the old firmware (with many bugs), now the control center firmware looks good however the app can not control the thermostates remotely... You should really update your app and keep a standard of service. Speravo finalmente in un miglioramento di un’app pessima, e invece sono riusciti a fare peggio di prima. Hanno cambiato grafica, che ora sembra ancora più vecchia, ed ogni due minuti non vede il sistema online (nonostante lo sia stabilmente via Ethernet) e così non si può fare praticamente niente. Io mi domando come sia possibile rilasciare tali schifezze. Alcune cose migliorabili: i font sono troppo grandi e fanno sì che ci stiano pochi elementi in una pagina. Sarebbe bello poter impostare una griglia a più colonne e sarebbe carina l’integrazione con i widget di iOS. Con il nuovo aggiornamento ho però un grosso problema, l’impianto appare spesso offline nonostante non lo sia. Devo aspettare un po’ oppure riavviare l’app per vederlo nuovamente. Bir saatlik uğraş sonrası cihazın internetle bağlanması sonrası uygulama ile kontrol etmeye başladım. Haftaiçi-Haftasonu veya Her güne özel ısıtma süresi ve ısıtma derecesini ayarlayabiliyorsunuz. Sabah kalktığınızda ısınmış bir eve uyanmak ama sonrasına kapanarak ekonomi sağlayan bir sistem. Ayrıca kontrol etmenizi, kısa süreli ısıtma açmanızı da sağlıyor. Other than that, nice new gui ### 3/5 — Needs updates and better support *2025-06-02, version 1.7.1* App is better than trying to control heating by the individual room thermostats. App is difficult to connect initially to the underfloor heating system. Once done, then logs you out frequently. I updated the app once and lost all connection to the system and had to start again by putting system in learning mode. I daren’t run anymore updates. A few more changes could make this app great but today there are too many issues. ### 2/5 — Update is worse please revert back *2025-11-21, version 2.1.8* I expected the update to be a better version. How wrong was I? The functionality of the previous version was better the look of the previous version was better. It was very little to say other than the previous version was much better. I’m not sure why the app was changed as I had no issues with the previous version, but this version is much worse. ### 2/5 — Woeful update *2025-06-21, version 2.0.1* Yes it’s still functional but the whole redesign looks amateurish. Weird font and overly simplistic interface. I wish we still had the old interface it was clearer and more detailed, not this ‘dumbed down version’ please at least make it look cool if you are going to present less detailed information! There is no option to see the history of temp and humidity data. In this new version there is no way to see that the central system is in heating or cooling mode.
