Now it doesn’t have any details saved from the previous router and to add insult to injury the function to bind a router doesn’t work. You can press search to look for the router whilst connected to the wifi, but nothing happens and the message will always say ‘no device found - connect to routers WiFi’. If you have the opportunity not to upgrade DONT. ### 1/5 — Will Not Connect - No Support *2024-11-15, version 3.0.1* I just bought a Greenwood-6-3000P router and tried to connect to it using the app. Unfortunately when I clicked the button to connect and bind to the router it just opens the iPad settings for the WavRouter app. The iPad is connected to the router WiFi, but never finds and connects. It’s sad because this is their brand new AX3000 device. Tried email and chat for help and both say they are unavailable. I ordered a replacement router/extender and they work ok wirelessly, but will not work if wired directly. My old mesh system worked just fine with the same Cat 6 ethernet wiring, but ok, as long as it works. UPDATE: That didn’t last long. The replacement mesh system worked for 2 days and started acting the same way. Now, the WavLink app has got to be the worse software ever written. The app is nearly useless! From abroad I can check the router, but can’t see the status of the two mesh extenders. They’re listed but no indication as to their status! The speed test from abroad test my internet speed from abroad, NOT what the router is currently doing. There’s absolutely NO good information on the status unless I drive 45 minutes to our waterfront camp and connect to it locally. This defeats the whole purpose of the remote app ! ! ! I then get a message that the verification code is not valid.
