Love how it doesn’t sell you the whole “you need to have periods on certain days otherwise you need to get it checked out” mentality. Us girls already have enough to worry about. Less anxiety and more understand is much appreciated. Im a visual learner so the graphs really help. I can see how each of the hormones dominate during each phase and what symptoms are related to each. Very insightful. Btw the whole app just looks very clean and put together. So far, WAVS has been amazing for it and I feel safe. I can rely on it as a personal period tracker. It’s an eye opening experience to learn about cycle syncing coming from where being put on birth control is the norm. I really like how this app is built from the ground up to tailor to each individual. Not some average median population.
