Have tried MANY times. Even logged out, removed the app, reinstalled, logged in. Support is very friendly. They said to just send them my photos. But I shouldn’t have to. I have an iPhone 17 Pro. A mainstream phone (nothing odd) and this function should just work. Especially to managing my watches, and get an insurance quote. I tried previously to use my homeowners with an umbrella policy to insure my watch collection and it became a giant runaround with appraisals and receipts. Wax was not only quick and easy to use (uploading photos) but the head of customer success reached out to me to let me know my watches are insured and safe. I primarily went with WAX because I didn't want the hassle of appraising watches with a value of 2-5k. Everyone I've interacted with at the company has been great. The app was easy to navigate and build out my collection and their team made the entire process smooth as can be. I was able to get an insurance quote in just a few minutes by taking a few photos of my bags, and customer support was super responsive and helpful - shoutout to Jeremy! Five stars all around ### 5/5 — Easiest collectible insurance! *2023-05-04* Probably the smoothest insurance process I’ve gone through - the app is intuitive and it’s easy to get a quote and formalize the policy. Hit a small roadblock and had to contact support but they responded immediately and got everything squared away. Once I tried that, I got a blank grey screen and I can’t do or access anything. I have tried several times to delete and re-install the app. I have forced a shutdown of my phone and have tried troubleshooting. Looking to see if the developer can help out. I’m on an iPhone 17 with iOS 26.6 ### 1/5 — Blank Screen *2026-05-02, version 3.3.2* I downloaded and as soon as I tried to log in with my Apple account it went to a blank white screen and won't do anything even after I quit and restart. Deleting and reinstalling the app did not help. This should be removed from the app store until the problem can be fixed. ### 1/5 — Can’t create an account *2025-05-02, version 2.6.3* The app freezes up and will not allow me to create an account. Chat is never available, so quote submissions don't process. Very frustrating don't recommend trying unless you do one or two items. Never heard back. ### 1/5 — Don’t do it *2022-12-17, version 1.31.0* Have been trying to cancel my policy since July 2022, twice they sent me a DocuSign to sign to cancel my policy, today is December 17 2022 and they still haven’t canceled my policy, I have called, emailed several times, I spoke with someone called Andrew still nothing has been done. I strongly believe this App is a scam and I will be reporting it. ### 1/5 — Customer Service Is Terrible *2022-06-04, version 1.30.0* Paid for policy and after a month of no responses or policy being issued had to call credit card company to reverse charge. Stay far away from this company. They are horrendous. Love the concept but execution is horrible and will leave you unprotected. ### 1/5 — Company is non responsive *2022-04-09, version 1.24.0* I requested a quote several months ago and decided not to go with the insurance at the time. Then I got an email saying they updated their system and I should apply again. So I did using their website. Waited a week…no response. Completed the same application using their app this time and waited again over a week…no response. I then reached out to them using their contact function on their app. Explained I’ve had no response and still here we are over a week later with no response.
