There were hardly any suitable profiles available, and the customer service was terrible. They were helpful only until the payment was made – after that, there was no proper support at all. Even worse, when the plan expired, I still had 75 contact views and 62 message options left, which I had already paid for. But they didn’t allow me to use them, saying that once the plan expires, all remaining features are lost unless I renew. This is completely unfair and feels like a money-making trap.
