There were hardly any suitable profiles available, and the customer service was terrible. They were helpful only until the payment was made – after that, there was no proper support at all. Even worse, when the plan expired, I still had 75 contact views and 62 message options left, which I had already paid for. But they didn’t allow me to use them, saying that once the plan expires, all remaining features are lost unless I renew. This is completely unfair and feels like a money-making trap. Overall, it was a waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. ### 1/5 — King of spammers *2025-04-25* There are mostly fake accounts here, and those who create these accounts will message you his number directly without saying anything, without any conversation or information. If you check their profile, you can understand just from their bio that it’s a fake profile. I’m really surprised at which developer was hired to build this application—it’s so full of bugs. During registration itself, it should ask for a national ID card for verification along with a selfie. But the way it’s been made, it’s only attracting spammers. I would like to give advice to the owner of this application: if you want to build something, do it properly—otherwise, don’t build it at all. ### 1/5 — The premium app experience was not as good as I expected at all. *2024-01-08* It’s hard to select profiles when almost 75% (I guess) of them don’t have photos, or the photos are hidden. The account holder has to grant permission to view them, and nobody has accepted my request to view photos. I just wonder why I put my hard-earned money into this, just to see some profiles without a single photo. Some of these accounts don’t even have proper names. Initially I took basic monthly plans and started to look for matching profiles but I found little struggle and it was also difficult to coordinate and follow up. Later I upgraded to Dedicated Relationship Manager service and the difference was really great. My RM Ms. AGHINA.R she coordinates each and every day without any hesitation and continuous coordination and follow ups done for each profiles. And surprisingly within a month itself my sister got matching profile and RM Coordinated well on both side families. Once again I thank RM Ms. AGHINA.
