Nice app but I got to log in every time I use it. Please make finger print and facial recognition usable on this app so I don’t have to keep typing it in. Thank you

This app is not working and hasn’t been since mid 2020. 
I had this set up to auto top up when dropping below £5. 
This stopped when I was issues a nee bank card. 
Not a problem, I’ll register my new card and remove my old card from the system. Every time I try to login I get the dreaded ‘Ooops! We have a problem page’. 

I’ve tried resetting my password (successfully), but still no joy. 

I’ve rang them and the reply back was ‘Just reset your password on the desktop site and it will be fine’ 
Again, tried that and still get the Oooops page...!!!

I do find the top up quick and the auto top up a good idea. My uni smart card having it built in is a good idea, saves needing a purse or carrying loose cards. Having to sign in to the app is a pain, would be better with facial and/or fingerprint recognition. It is slow, returning to home is not as easy as it should be. The help pages are sooo basic it tells you nothing that exploring doesn’t tell you. The loyalty part has no help at all, it is not clear how many points you need to redeem for something. If it wasn’t built into my uni smart card, I would not use it!!

This app serves the absolute minimum purpose... but you don’t really need it as it just mimics the mobile website. No fingerprint/face recognition, no iPhone X screen support, no notifications when your account is auto topped up... no updates in ages... will be deleting it

This app is painfully slow. It looks like a wrapper round a website and the site isn't even mobile enabled.  The form that appears for you to enter your credit card details doesn't fit on the screen, requiring you you scroll back and forth. The back button, which also has a home icon, neither takes you back nor to home but instead pops up a menu which then requires you to select home. And wait. Before allowing you to select another option. And everything. Is. So. Slow.

It would be better not to have an app than to have one this bad.
