I opted for your quarterly options subscription and it functioned for merely three days before I was abruptly logged out. Upon attempting to log back in, I was prompted to purchase a subscription again — despite already having an active plan. This is entirely unacceptable. Worse still, I reached out to your team via the only contact channel you provide — a single email address — and have yet to receive any response. It is highly unprofessional that a company offering paid financial services does not maintain a functional customer support system, let alone a direct contact number. This experience has left me questioning not just the quality of your service, but also your commitment to your customers.
