### 2/5 — Went downhill after working with Evri

The wayfair customer service is great but they started working with Evri and none of my orders arrived Evri says they’ve lost all my parcels. Wayfair refund me every time but when I order again they use Evri and Evri loses my order or pretends I wasn’t home when I was… then returns the items….

I’m very disappointed with the return and exchange policy, especially for large and expensive purchases.

I ordered a massive sofa, but shortly after it arrived I was travelling for a few months. When I returned and actually had the chance to use it properly, we realised that the sofa was far too hard and also much too large for our space.

Unfortunately, the return policy is only 30 days. I contacted customer service to explain the situation, but they were unable to offer any solution because the return period had passed. There was no option to exchange it for a different sofa either.

For such a big and expensive purchase, I feel a 30-day return window is simply too short, especially when there is no exchange option or flexibility for individual circumstances. I’m now stuck with a huge sofa that doesn’t work for us, with no further support or alternative offered.

I would strongly recommend checking the return and exchange policy very carefully before making any large purchase.

The products I ordered has been delayed for over two weeks, and I have had a poor experience with customer support in resolving the issue. They have offered little to no options for resolving the issue in a timely manner.

This app is broken. You can manually update your address, including your apartment number, and it will drop your apartment number from the address. That’s the most recent issue. The only time Wayfair worked was the first time. My fault for coming back. I should have known better

To date, 100% of my orders placed on Wayfair have been at least 4 to 5 days late. I now have four separate orders and all our additionally delayed 2 to 3 additional days. Wayfair does not offer any assistance even though they provide delivery date estimates as well as select your day for delivery. Do not trust them to deliver anything on time or to provide assemblance of customer service if there are issues. Currently attempting to speak with customer support again, and they are 100% unwilling to assist.

My experience on this app has always been frustrating. If you want to get that experience, try going through my orders section. They don’t even show the full billing details on the app. You have to go through some rabbit hole to finally get a downloadable invoice. The whole point of having an application is to avoid going to web search. Additionally, if you try to access the invoice or price breakdown, it will constantly force you to go to website and then ask you to login. Worst user experience. 

Now if we talk about quality. Either you get poor quality products or faulty products. Not a single product I bought has been of satisfactory. Return process is another nightmare.

I tried to return an item in the same package that Wayfair sent it to me and FedEx would not accept it. They said I had to package it different which meant more money out of my pocket on top of the return fee. Ended up keeping the item and selling it privately. Never buying from them again and closing my account. Highly recommend you guys do the same!!

I have ordered quite a few items through Wayfair and usually I’m very țhappy. Just be careful because you get what you pay for. If it’s really cheaply priced, it’s made that way too. But if you spend a few more dollars the value is there in my experience. My one true complaint is returns. They are not always easy… in fact, often it just isn’t worth returning because shipping is more then it’s worth. Maybe that has changed, I haven’t tried recently, but I’ve donated more than one brand new item because it cost  less than the return.
