Truly awful. Like not one redeeming quality. It take awful video, requires an expensive 4g plan to use as intended, it doesn’t detect (work) most of the time, and the build quality is bad as mine had to be replaced under warranty. I wouldn’t mind paying for the 4g if the results were decent. The footage captured in any light is awful. I’m sure the only people who buy these are people who don’t read the reviews. When it does work, it seems like a miracle. It seems I can only get it to work when I’ve just been inside my car with the engine running and connection to camera made. Then you can turn it all off, go inside and it actually works. But if it’s been off for a while, good luck getting it to wake up and work. I hate all types of monthly recurring charges, this one is very expensive at $60 for 6 months, especially when it doesn’t work properly. You will not be able to get ahold of their customer service. But horrible Dash Camera *2021-02-28, version 3.1.7* I paid for this as a kicker starter so I believe I got a an early version. But the camera does not operate as advertised, has horrible Connectivity, shows “impact” and “bumps” while stationary, did not record the previous seconds prior of an impact (so it actually hurts me vs helping me), is offline almost all of the time without being able to “go live” which is supposed to be a key feature, has limited options for SD memory card size, and trying to get any support via web or phone has resulted in ZERO responses. So now I write l this review and tell people save your money. This is not a good camera and is one of the most expensive available. But i have a VAVA which is awesome! And most importantly allows for a 128gb SD that overwrites which is a critical feature. VAVA VAVA VAVA = love and HATE the Waylens 360. ### 1/5 — Waylens keep kicking itself offline *2021-02-14, version 3.1.7* Going back and forth with tech support. Trying to figure out why it keeps kicking itself offline randomly and sometimes for days. Very expensive camera to have poor connection service. ### 1/5 — 4g data plan GARBAGE *2020-11-02, version 3.1.4* I’ve had this dashcam for a year. After a long while decide to put a data plan back on for remote access $30. That was a waste almost a month later. The network still has a problem. Sent logs of app and camera 4 times ZERO response back from the company.
