Best regards! ### 1/5 — Not convenient! *2025-05-25* Not a convenient way to pay when you are outside in the heat and needing to download a whole app, sign up, get an email, add a payment method, and do many things just to get the app going. It took 13 minutes to sign up (and I’m “fast” compared to just putting Apple Pay at the stations. However still no option to change app to English language which makes it difficult for non fluent Spanish speakers. You need a phone number to register for the app but UK +44 numbers not on the dropdown list. ### 1/5 — Not of Uk phone numbers *2024-12-20, version 12.20.1* So you are in a remote village in Spain, you navigate to the electric charge point, it’s a Waylet charge point. You do the usual download an app .. only to find you need to register your mobile, but Waylet app does not accept mobiles from the UK? You can add a number for USA, so it’s not a Europe thing. Waylet, why not make things easier to charge your car in unfamiliar locations, why not just chip and pin, it can not be that hard. Un saludo! ### 1/5 — Application *2026-01-10* Nous avons téléchargé l’application afin de recharger notre voiture électrique en Espagne (nous sommes français) et nous n’avons jamais réussi à aller plus loin que la première étape qui était de rentrer notre numéro de carte d’identité. Soit disant le format n’était pas valide. Nous avons finalement abandonné après 25min à essayer. Je ne recommande pas du tout. **Developer response:** Merci d’avoir partagé votre avis. Un saludo! ### 1/5 — Do not use if not Spanish *2025-09-21, version 13.4.1* Would have been useful if they let you know before creating an account, setting up a credit card ( accepted by the way) that when you start to charge it does not in fact take foreign credit cards. Why no options for English to help tourists in your country. Spain was always glad of tourism but now they are more affluent it seems that the people who helped them get there are no longer appreciated. It demands huge amounts of personal data just to sign up, then makes it almost impossible to register if you don’t have various Spanish details. When you just want to charge and get on with your trip, this level of hassle is infuriating.
